Thanks 对我的一呼来个百应. I am just a 始作蛹者. We will need all our supports to make the idea practical.

1) James, thanks to your work keeping all votes and ideas trackable.
2) I would like to volunteer to be the contact person for the North Calif district.

3) Ladies and gentlemen having experience contacting travel agencies and like to do shopping, please help to gather information. From the experiences we had before, I predict that (please correct with reasonable data):
Which cruise line?
Number of head count: around 100 - 150,
Number of family: 50 -60,
Number of room needed: 50
Number of cruise days: ??
And more ….

Hotel near by:
Need hotel pickup/transportation between airport and port,
Stay in hotel the night before cruise departure,
And more ….

We will summarize and vote for the best deal together.

(I have limit resource at night and not able to check mail, can do it on weekends)

I love to have one in Vietnam only if we can all go, but I am ok to cruise in Alaska also. I leave everything open just to make it easier as long as we can have a gathering next year.

Having a chance talking with many Aibaneses, I have a feeling that most of us want to gather again. what do you think and what are your comments and suggestions?

Let's first decide the following points

1) where to gather?
1a) Alaska cruise
1b) Vietnam, home we come

2) when to gather?
2a) 2011 seams a bit too rush. Looking for 2012
2b) April to August for Alaska, for longer day light and warm
2c) What month of year....

3) others ...
3a) No worry about room to stay and meal

4) Who to discuss / district represent?
- East Canada: Mr. / Mrs. A
- West Canada/ Seattle: Mr. / Mrs. A
- South Calif: Mr. / Mrs. A
- North Calif: Mr. / Mrs. A
- VN: Mr. / Mrs. A
- France: Mr. / Mrs. A
- Hk / Australia: Mr. / Mrs. A

I hope 众志成城，we can have another fun gathering time before I reach age 30.
